Closing 23:59 Hours May 2, 2017 in the following Geoduck Management Areas (GMAs). An asterisk indicates a change in area description since the last rotation: SUMMARY: PRD01 Freeman Pass Variation Order No. 2017-250 is revoked. PRD04a Deadman PRD04b Principe Channel North PRD05 Keswar Variation Order No. 2017-204 is revoked. PRF01 Stephens Island North PRG05 West Tree Nob Islands Group PRG06a East Tree Nob Islands Group North PRG06b East Tree Nob Islands Group South PRG07 Archibald Islands Variation Order No. 2017-251 is revoked. PRF02a Stephens Island Southeast PRF02b Stephens Island Southwest PRF03 North Porcher Island PRF04 Oval Bay Variation Order No. 2017-216 is revoked. The north coast fishery continues in the following GMAs: PRD02 Shakes Islands PRD03 Spicer Islands Variation Order No. 2017-203 NOTES: South Coast areas are identified on separate Fishery Notices. See the 2017/18 Geoduck and Horse Clam Integrated Fisheries Management Plan (IFMP) for a more detailed description of the Fishing Protocol. The On-Grounds Monitor and/or Archipelago Marine Research will direct the fleet through geoduck beds and GMAs.
