Bivalve Shellfish Marine Biotoxin Updates can change at any time please confirm 
the required Pacific Fisheries Management Subarea is open prior to fishing.

DETAILS:
GMA 12B03b, Hardy Bay: A portion of Subarea 12-16 southeast of a line drawn 
from Duval Point on Duval Island to Daphne Point on Vancouver Island.

GMA 12B04, Masterman Islands: A portion of Subarea 12-16:
1. east of a line drawn from the junction of the boundaries of Subareas 12-9, 
12-10, 12-11 and 12-16 southwest to a point due east of Duval Point at 50 
degrees 45.654 minutes north latitude, 127 degrees 28.419 minutes west 
longitude, thence to Daphne Point; and
2. northwest of a line commencing at 50 degrees 44.058 minutes north latitude, 
127 degrees 24.550 minutes west longitude and running due east to the Subarea 
12-16 boundary.

NOTES:
North Coast and West Coast Vancouver Island areas are identified on separate 
Fishery Notices.

(IFMP) for a more detailed description of the Fishing Protocol.

The On-Grounds Monitor and/or Archipelago Marine Research will direct the fleet 
through Geoduck beds and GMAs.

Horse clams are permitted as an incidental catch only except where a quota has 
been established.
