FN0070-SANITARY - Emergency Closure for Bivalve Shellfish in a portion of Henry Bay, Baynes Sound, Subarea 14-15 which includes BC Land Registry Shellfish Aquaculture Tenure #1411213.
Effective immediately there is a harvest prohibition for all bivalve shellfish from BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File #1411213, in Subarea 14-15 until further notice. Due to potential contamination, the Pacific Region Interdepartmental Shellfish Committee agree a closure is warranted for all bivalve shellfish until further information can be obtained and assessed. Emergency Closure Area 14.rr - Aquaculture Lease Land File # 1411213 The waters and intertidal foreshore of BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File #1411213, in Subarea 14-15, a part of Henry Bay, Baynes Sound, inside a line that begins at 49°35.53' north latitude and 124°50.61' west longitude, then to 49°35.49' north latitude and 124°50.51' west longitude, then to 49°35.42' north latitude and 124°50.49' west longitude, then to 49°35.32' north latitude and 124°50.50' west longitude, then to 49°35.29' north latitude and 124°50.68' west longitude, then due north to 49°35.33' north latitude and 124°50.68' west longitude, then to 49°35.41' north latitude and 124°50.59' west longitude, then to the beginning point.
