En application du paragraphe 6(1) du Règlement de pêche (dispositions générales), la directrice générale régionale du ministère des Pêches et des Océans pour la région du Pacifique prend par la présente l'ordonnance ci-annexée qui modifie les périodes de fermeture de la pêche à l'huître du Pacifique, par cueillette manuelle, dans certaines parties des secteurs 13, 15, 16, 23 et 25, à compter du 15 septembre 2018 à 0 h 1 min. Ordonnance de modification no 2018-468 relative aux périodes de fermeture de la pêche dans la région du Pacifique. Modification 2. La période de fermeture de la pêche aux huîtres du Pacifique, par cueillette manuelle dans la zone décrite à l'annexe ci-jointe, conformément à l'article 63 du Règlement de pêche du Pacifique (1993), et fixée à la colonne IV, de l'alinéa 15 c) de l'annexe VII dudit règlement, est modifiée comme suit: du 1er janvier jusqu'au 15 septembre à 0 h 1 min. ANNEXE (article 2) ZONE 1. La certaine partie du sous-secteur 13-15 longeant la zone intertidale nord de l'île Marina, au nord du parallèle passant par 50°04,938' de latitude nord. Les eaux et la zone intertidale du sous-secteur 13-17, également connue comme l'anse Bird, à l'intérieur d'une ligne tirée d'un point situé par 50011,978' de latitude nord et 125005,081' de longitude ouest jusqu'à un point situé par 50011,738' de latitude nord et 125005,281' de longitude ouest.
