FN0868-RECREATIONAL - Salmon - Region 1 - Qualicum River - Reminder - Closed Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until 23:59 hours October 15, 2020, the following waters are closed to salmon fishing:

Qualicum River - those waters downstream of the upper weir (located approximately 75 m downstream of the E&N railway bridge) to the QFN boundary fence located approximately 100 m downstream of the hatchery counting fence.

Fishers are also reminded that there is a year round fishing closure downstream of the QFN boundary fence.
