UPDATE:

The following information in this fishery notice reflects Paralytic Shellfish 
Poisoning (PSP, red tide), Domoic Acid Poisoning (also known as Amnesic 
Shellfish Poisoning (ASP)), Diarrhetic Shellfish Poisoning (DSP) and other 
marine toxin closures for bivalve shellfish (oysters, clams, scallops, mussels, 
and geoduck). Note that this fishery notice does not describe sewage 
contamination closures. For information on sewage contamination and biotoxin

Area 25 
Effective immediately there is a harvest prohibition for all bivalve shellfish 
in Subareas 25-1, 25-2, 25-3, 25-4, 25-5, 25-6, 25-7, 25-8, 25-15 and 25-16. 

The product may be contaminated given the deviance from the sampling 
requirements established under the biotoxin monitoring program.
