FN1282-Groundfish: 2019/2020 IFMP - Change to Incoming Commercial Sector Cap - Sablefish

The commercial groundfish fishery is hereby notified of the following change to 
the 2019/2020 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. This change 
takes effect immediately. 

Section 6.1.5.7 - Change has been made to the Incoming Commercial Sector Cap 
for Sablefish. The incoming sablefish cap has been increased to 200,000 lbs.
