Fishery Notice

2020 Fish Harvester's Registration Card (FRC) issuance is now available through 
the National Online Licensing System (NOLS).
 
All fish harvesters are required to pay their 2020 FRC licence fees through 
their NOLS account.

Once the payment has been received through the NOLS, your transaction request 
will be processed. You will then be notified by e-mail once the transaction has 
been completed and when the licence and payment receipt will be available to 
print by logging into the NOLS.

The FRC must be carried by the licence holder whenever he/or she is engaged in 
commercial fishing and must be produced on demand.  

REMINDER:  You will need your User ID and Password to access your NOLS account.
