[NAD83] [Pipestem Part A] Harvest Area: Pipestem Inlet Part B -- Those waters and intertidal foreshore known as Pipestem Inlet within Subarea 23-10, lying inside a line drawn from a point at 49 degrees 01.139 minutes north latitude and 125 degrees 17.213 minutes west latitude to a point at 49 degrees 01.306 minutes north latitude and 125 degrees 16.872 minutes west longitude, thence to a point at 49 degrees 01.251 minutes north latitude and 125 degrees 16.724 minutes west longitude, thence along the foreshore back to the point of commencement. [NAD83] [Pipestem Part B] Harvest Area: Pipestem Inlet Part C -- Those waters and intertidal foreshore along the south-east shoreline of Pipestem Inlet within Subarea 23-10 beginning at a point at 49 degrees 00.884 minutes north latitude and 125 degrees 19.197 minutes west latitude to a point at 49 degrees 00.977 minutes north latitude and 125 degrees 18.27 minutes west longitude. [NAD83] [Toquaht Part C (formerly Toquart Bay)] AREA 25 Harvest Area: Hisnit Inlet Part A - Those waters and intertidal foreshore of Subarea 25-4 inside a line running from 49 degrees 44.555 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 31.159 minutes west longitude to a point at 49 degrees 44.814 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 30.957 minutes west longitude, and thence along the foreshore of Vancouver Island to the point of commencement. [NAD83] [Hisnit Inlet Part A] Harvest Area: Hisnit Inlet Part B - Those waters and intertidal foreshore of Subarea 25-4 inside a line running from 49 degrees 44.175 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 30.224 minutes west longitude to a point at 49 degrees 43.962 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 29.798 minutes west longitude, to a point at 49 degrees 44.025 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 29.767 minutes west longitude, and thence along the foreshore of Vancouver Island back to the point of commencement. [NAD83] [Hisnit Inlet Part B] Harvest Area: Tlupana Inlet - Those waters and intertidal foreshore of Subarea 25-5 known as Tlupana Inlet inside a line running from 49 degrees 47.588 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 29.415 minutes west longitude to a point at 49 degrees 46.748 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 27.323 minutes west longitude, and thence along the foreshore of Vancouver Island back to the point of commencement. [NAD83] [Tlupana Inlet] Harvest Area: Mooyah Bay -- Those waters and intertidal foreshore known as Mooyah Bay within Subarea 25-3 inside a line drawn from a point at 49 degrees 38.655 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 27.751 minutes west longitude to a point at 49 degrees 38.325 minutes north latitude and 126 degrees 25.541 minutes west longitude. [NAD83] [Mooyah Bay] Variation Order 2019-620 is revoked. Notes: The 2019 fishing season is completed.
