Opening 00:01 hours October 30, 2019 in the following Quota Areas: SUMMARY: RU41 Normansell Islands Variation Order No. 2019-602 is in effect The north coast fishery continues in the following Quota Areas: RU31a Moore Islands RU31b Harvey Islands RU36b Estevan Group South RU37 Rennison Island RU38c Surf Inlet RU39 Upper West Aristazabal RU40 Woodcock Islands RU42 Lower West Aristazabal RU43 Upper Laredo RU44 Lower Laredo RU46a Laredo Sound RU46b Prior Pass DETAILS: RU41 Normansell Islands a) That portion of Subarea 6-13 south of the parallel passing through 52 degrees 35.6 minutes north latitude (through Howse Island); and north of the parallel passing through 52 degrees 32.0 minutes north latitude (Refer to Canadian Hydrographic Service Chart #3726. b) That portion of Subarea 106-2 east of a line running 144 degrees true from the northern boundary of Subarea 106-2 at 129 degrees 30.12 minutes west longitude; south of the parallel passing through 52 degrees 35.6 minutes north latitude (through Howse Island), and north of the parallel passing through 52 degrees 32.0 minutes north latitude. Notes: All notification and reporting requirements are outlined in Appendix 1 of the Integrated Fisheries Management Plan (IFMP). The North Coast fishing protocol is available from Pauline Ridings or D&D Pacific Fisheries. D&D Pacific Fisheries will direct the fleet. South Coast areas are identified on a separate notice.
