Notes:

Licence holders must be in possession of the 2019/20 commercial licence in
order to participate.

Review the 2019/20 Scallop by Trawl Integrated Fisheries Management Plan prior
to fishing. A copy of the IFMP may be obtained by emailing a request to:
David.Fogtmann@dfo-mpo.gc.ca

The collection of data required for stock assessment will be obtained through
industry-funded trawl surveys. As surveys may occur at any time, quotas set
within this plan are subject to in-season adjustment based on new survey
results.

Quotas for the individual harvest sites are outlined in the IFMP or announced
by Fishery Notice. Harvest sites will be closed as quotas are achieved in-
season.

To monitor and track quotas, all licence eligibility holders must make
arrangements to participate in an industry-funded catch monitoring and hail
program.

Licence holders are responsible for ensuring they accurately complete and
submit harvest logbooks as outlined in their licence conditions.

Harvesting is prohibited in all Sanitary Contamination closures. Check for
sanitary closures within portions of the management quota areas listed above
prior to each day's harvesting.

Harvesters are responsible for checking Fishery Notices for the Bivalve
Shellfish Marine Biotoxin Updates prior to each day's harvesting, as
recommended by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and issued by DFO.

For descriptions of Sanitary and Biotoxin closures see the DFO website at:
