FN1064-ABORIGINAL - Invertebrates - Cockles and Butter Clam - Area 6 - FSC Harvest - Closure

Fisheries and Oceans Canada is closing portions of Areas 5 and 6 for the 
domestic harvest of Cockles (Clinocardium nuttallii) due to a lapse in 
available biotoxin monitoring results. 

For additional information, fish harvesters should consult Gitga'at Fisheries 
Program at (250) 841-2500 or Coral Cargill at (250) 627-3021.
