Fishery Notice

The commercial groundfish fishery is hereby notified of the following changes 
to the 2019/2020 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. These 
changes take effect immediately:

Section 9.1.5.7 - Incoming Sector Caps:
The Halibut Incoming sector cap for the following species have been increased 
to the following amounts:

Lingcod ----------------------3D---------------------------171,211 lbs

The Lingcod Incoming sector cap for the following species have been increased 
to the following amounts:

Yelloweye rockfish ------------------- 3CD, 5A--------------6,514 lbs
Yelloweye rockfish --------------------5B-------------------1,814 lbs
Yelloweye rockfish --------------------5E-------------------5,908 lbs

Appendix 6: Halibut by Hook and Line Commercial Harvest Plan

Section 6.3.1 - Licence Species Temporary Quota Caps:

The Licence Species Caps for the following species have been increased to the 
following amounts:

Quillback rockfish---------------------Coastwide---------------10,000 pounds
Copper, China and Tiger rockfish ------Coastwide----------------4,000 pounds
