FN0956-COMMERCIAL - Salmon: Gill Net and Seine - Chum - Area 7 and 8 - Fishery Update - September 19, 2019

There will be no commercial opportunity in Area 7 or Area 8 during the week of 
September 22 to 28, 2019 
  
Area 7 
Assessment on Area 7 Creeks and marine approaches continue to show poor returns 
of Pinks or Chum, no openings are warranted. 
 
McLoughlin Hatchery egg take is underway and currently at approximately 15% 
complete. 
 
Area 8
Further opportunities in Area 8 are not expected.  

The next notice will be September 26, 2019.
