FN0195-ABORIGINAL - Invertebrates - Cockles and Butter Clams -Area 6 - FSC Harvest - Closure

Under agreement with the Gitga'at First Nation, Fisheries and Oceans Canada is  
closing portions of Area 6 for the domestic harvest of Butter Clams (Saxidomus 
gigantean)  due to high levels of PSP

For additional information, fish harvesters should consult Gitga'at Fisheries 
Program at (250) 841-2500 or Coral Cargill at (250) 627-3021.
