FN1363-COMMERCIAL - Invertebrates: Euphausiid - 2019 Licence Issuance Information
2019 Euphasiid (ZF) licence fees will be available for payment commencing Thursday, December 20, 2018 in the Pacific Region through the National Online Licensing System (NOLS). Licence eligibility holders will use the National Online Licensing System (NOLS) to view, pay for and print their commercial fishing licences, licence conditions, and/or receipts (https://fishing-peche.dfo-mpo.gc.ca). To avoid delays, please ensure the licence fee and the designated vessel information is submitted through NOLS at the same time. When designating a vessel, licence eligibility holders may submit the required information via the 'Submit a Request' menu selection within the National Online Licensing System (NOLS). Identify the designated vessel's name and VRN (Vessel Registration Number) and vessel master name. If you are not participating in the fishery, state that you are not harvesting and will not be designating a vessel and therefore are requesting Option N (non- fishing). Full instructions are available at: http://www.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm- gp/sdc-cps/products-produits/request-demande-eng.htm. Please be advised that the Euphausiid licence eligibility fees must be paid annually to maintain the licence eligibility, whether or not the licence is fished. Failure to do so will result in loss of that licence eligibility. Prior to licence issuance both licence fee payment and vessel designation must be completed. Notification will be sent via email to advise licence holders that a change has been made to the licence holder's online NOLS account. The licence documents, conditions of licence and receipt will be available to be printed at that time. FOR MORE INFORMATION: Client support will be available via e-mail (fishing-peche@dfo-mpo.gc.ca) or toll-free telephone (1-877-535-7307).
