FN1296-Groundfish: 2018/2019 IFMP Amendment 1.2 - Changes to Quota landings temporary quota caps in the Halibut sector.

The commercial groundfish fishery is hereby notified of the following changes 
to the 2018/2019 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. These 
changes take effect immediately:

Appendix 6: Halibut Commercial Harvest Plan

Section 6.3.3 - Quota Landing Temporary Quota Caps for the following species 
(coastwide) will be removed: 

Redbanded rockfish
Rougheye rockfish
Shortraker rockfish
Shortspine rockfish
Lingcod

the Groundfish Management Unit.
