Fisheries and Ocean Canada is soliciting comments on the DRAFT 2019 Fraser 
River Eulachon Integrated Fisheries Management Plan. The draft includes access 
and allocation information along with the draft Indigenous, Recreational, and 
Commercial fishing plans.
