Fishery Notice

The commercial groundfish fishery is hereby notified of the following changes 
to the 2018/2019 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. These 
changes take effect immediately:

2018/19 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish

Outgoing and Incoming Hook and Line Sector Caps for a number of species have 
been increased to equal Total Hook and Line Quota for that species as of 
31August2018.  

Section 9.1.5.6 - Outgoing Sector Caps:

The Halibut and Rockfish Outside Outgoing sector caps for the following species 
have been increased to the following amounts:

Canary Rockfish---------------3C,3D------------60,785 pounds
Canary Rockfish---------------5A,5B-----------114,140 pounds
Canary Rockfish---------------5C,5D------------54,887 pounds
Canary Rockfish---------------5E---------------59,332 pounds
Silvergray Rockfish-----------3C,3D------------96,955 pounds
Silvergray Rockfish-----------5A,5B-----------200,910 pounds
Silvergray Rockfish-----------5C,5D-----------185,278 pounds

sector caps for the following species have been increased to the following 
amounts:

The Rockfish Outside, Lingcod and Spiny Dogfish Incoming sector caps for the 
following species have been increased to the following amount:

The Lingcod Incoming sector cap for the following species has been increased to 
the following amount:

Yelloweye Rockfish--------------3C,3D,5A-------------7,014 pounds

The Spiny Dogfish Incoming sector cap for the following species has been 
decreased to the following amount:

Yelloweye Rockfish--------------3C,3D,5A-------------4,199 pounds
