Fishery Notice

Requests to amend the licence conditions to participate in the 2018 Prince 
Rupert Harbour Humpback Shrimp by Trap Fishery will now be accepted through the 
National Online Licensing System (NOLS).

Licence eligibility holders will use the National Online Licensing System 
(NOLS) to go online to submit the request to amend the licence, and print their 
commercial fishing licence, and amended licence conditions to participate in 
the Prince Rupert Harbour Humpback Shrimp by Trap fishery.

Prior to licence replacement a request to amend the licence to participate in 
the Prince Rupert Harbour Humpback Shrimp by Trap fishery must be submitted via 
the 'Submit a Request' menu selection within the NOLS. Full instructions can be

Upon the Department receiving and approving the NOLS request, notification will 
be sent via email to advise licence eligibility holders that a change has been 
made to the licence holder's online account. The licence documents, Prince 
Rupert Harbour Humpback Shrimp by Trap licence conditions and receipt will then 
be available to be printed at that time.

For transactions that are not yet available in the National Online Licensing 
System (e.g. Vessel replacements and nominations), licensing services will 
continue to be available either through telephone (1-877-535-7307), e-mail 
(fishing-peche@dfo-mpo.gc.ca), or fax (604-666-5855).   

To ensure that you receive email notifications, be sure to update your email 
address under your profile in the NOLS. Instructions on updating email 
addresses may be found at:
