Fishery Notice

Vessel owners/Licence holders are reminded to ensure that they have available 
for inspection upon request, the licence and Conditions of Licence for the area 
and gear type that they are participating in.

It is a regulatory requirement that the licence document and Conditions of 
Licence are on-board and available for inspection while actively harvesting. 

Please note fishers must comply with the conditions of licence for the area in 
which they are fishing. Please refer to the conditions of licence for the 
salmon fishery in which you are participating, as there are differences between 
fisheries. Of special note: Revival box dimensions are not the same in northern 
and southern fisheries. Your revival box must meet the specifications for the 
fishery in which you are participating.
