FN0149-Reminder - Groundfish Licence Amendment and Authorization of Signature Forms

Groundfish licence holders are reminded of the requirement to fill in and 
submit the following forms to the Groundfish Management Unit for the 2018/2019 
fishing season:

- Request for Licence Amendment form;
- Authorization of Signature for Temporary Groundfish IVQ Reallocations form.

The forms are available at Groundfish Management webpage:

The filled in forms should be faxed to 1-866-561-5729.
