Fishery Notice

The commercial groundfish industry is hereby notified of the following changes 
to the 2015/2016 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. These 
changes take effect immediately:

1) 2015/2016 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan:

Section 9.1.5.6 - Changes have been made to the Outgoing Sector caps for 
Lingcod 3D and Shortraker Rockfish in the Trawl sector. The Trawl sector cap 
for Lingcod 3D has increased by 60,000 pounds to 153,699 pounds. The Trawl 
sector cap for Shortraker Rockfish has increased by 69,999 pounds to 139,998 
pounds. 

Section 9.1.5.7 - Changes have been made to the Incoming Sector caps for 
Lingcod 3D in the Halibut and Sablefish sectors. The Halibut sector cap for 
Lingcod 3D has increased by 30,000 pounds to 161,211 pounds. The Sablefish 
sector cap for Lingcod 3D has increased by 30,000 pounds to 107,632. 

More details are available in the Groundfish IFMP, available upon request from 
the Groundfish Management Unit.
