FN1221-In-season Changes to the 2025/2026 Groundfish Trawl Harvest Plan re - Increase of Incoming/Outgoing Non-Trawl Vessel Species Caps, Effective November 18, 2025.

Groundfish Trawl licence holders and harvesters are advised of the following harvest plan changes that have been adopted for the Commercial Groundfish Trawl Fishery effective November 18, 2025. These changes were approved by the Commercial Industry Caucus on November 10, 2025.
			
The following Incoming/Outgoing Non-Trawl Vessel Species Caps are now in effect:
Canary Rockfish ------------------------------ 30%
Rougheye & Blackspotted Rockfish ------------- 30%
Silvergray Rockfish -------------------------- 30%

The following Outgoing Non-Trawl Vessel Species Caps are now in effect:
Sablefish -------------------- 125,000 lbs 

All other species caps for the groundfish trawl sector remain unchanged.
