FN1220-In-season Changes to the 2025/2026 Groundfish Trawl Harvest Plan re - Adjustments to Some Temporary Species Caps Effective November 18, 2025.
Groundfish Trawl licence holders and harvesters are advised of the following harvest plan changes that have been adopted for the Commercial Groundfish Trawl Fishery effective November 18, 2025. These changes were discussed and recommended to DFO by the Groundfish Trawl Advisory Committee at its November 7,2025 meeting. The following Individual Groundfish Trawl Temporary Quota Species Caps changes are now in effect: Yellowtail Rockfish ----------------- 12% Widow Rockfish ---------------------- 18% Canary Rockfish --------------------- 22% Pacific Ocean Perch ----------------- 16% Yellowmouth Rockfish ---------------- 17% Rougheye & Blackspotted Rockfish ---- 25% Sablefish --------------------------- 12% Walleye Pollock --------------------- 50% Longnose Skate ---------------------- 25% All other individual quota species caps for the groundfish trawl sector remain unchanged.
