Fishery Notice

Please be advised that the DFO 2021 Pacific Shellfish Aquaculture Licences expired on April 30, 2025. New 2025 Pacific Shellfish Aquaculture licences and associated conditions have been issued to all valid licence holders. 

Please familiarize yourself with the new 2025 Conditions of Licence as they have changed. It is the responsibility of the licence holder to be informed of, and adhere to, all applicable conditions of licence.

If you have questions about your 2025 Shellfish Aquaculture Conditions of Licence, please contact DFO.AQSF-AQMC.MPO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca

If you have not received an email with your new 2025 Shellfish Aquaculture Licence you may not be authorized to conduct shellfish aquaculture activities and should contact the Pacific Aquaculture Licence Unit by email at DFO.AQLicensing-AQPermis.MPO@dfo-mpo.gc.ca.
