FN0689-Groundfish: 2019/2020 IFMP - Changes to Licence Species Caps

The commercial groundfish fishery is hereby notified of the following changes 
to the 2019/2020 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. These 
changes take effect immediately:

Appendix 4: Rockfish by Hook and Line (Inside ZN) Commercial Harvest Plan

Section 8.1.2 - Licence Species Temporary and Permanent Quota Caps:

The Licence Species Caps for the following species have been increased to the 
following amounts:

Quillback rockfish-----------------Area 4B------------20,000 pounds
Copper, China and Tiger rockfish----Area 4B-------------7,500 pounds
Yelloweye rockfish-----------------Area 4B-------------5,500 pounds
