Central Coast Herring Bulletin #12
April 10, 2019: 
 
The charter vessels Lady Raven, 3Girls2, Royal Jazz and Windward Isle have all 
completed their charter operations for this season.  

The dive charters Ocean Cloud and Pachena continue to assess and inventory the 
reported spawn in the Central Coast.  

One additional herring flight is planned to look for additional or late 
spawn.   


No further updates are anticipated.

Definitions:
Scratches - Herring present in small schools 1 to 2 tons
Skimmer - Herring spread out near the surface, difficult to quantify
Fish on bottom (FOB) - Herring too close to the bottom to quantify
NFF - No Fish Found
Washed out spawn - Spawn that is coming to an end
Miles - Means nautical miles for this bulletin
