North Coast Herring Update Area 5 - Kitkatla March 29, 2019 (12:00 hours): This morning a test set was made on skimmer schools at Coquitlam Island. No new fish appear to be coming into the inlet at this time, with an active spawn on the outside of Freeman Pass. Test operations will conclude today. This is the last fisheries notice for the 2019 DFO Herring Test Charter for Kitkatla Inlet.
