March 26, 2019: 
 
New spawn was observed in two locations in lower Spiller Channel; Locke Island 
(52° 16.236'N and 128° 16.165'W) and Shingle Rock (52° 16.564'N and 128° 
16.372'W)  

The spawn in Kitasu Bay continued to expand as of March 25, with new spawn 
observed on the North shore of Osment Inlet at 52° 31.510'N and 128° 44.189' 
extending for 0.15nm.
 
No additional spawn was observed at Norman Morison Bay.

Area 10 Spawn: New spawn was observed March 25 on the North shore of Boswell 
Inlet across from Olive Point, starting at 51° 20.66'N and 127° 32.76'W and 
extending 1.1nm to the East.   
 
 
Definitions:
Scratches - Herring present in small schools 1 to 2 tons
Skimmer - Herring spread out near the surface, difficult to quantify
Fish on bottom (FOB) - Herring too close to the bottom to quantify
NFF - No Fish Found
Washed out spawn - Spawn that is coming to an end
Miles - Means nautical miles for this bulletin
