North Coast Herring Update Area 5 - Kitkatla March 18, 2019: A set was made at the top of Gurd towards Dries Inlet in late yesterday morning. Estimated 1500 - 2000 t in the area. Estimated 500 t in the set. Sounding continued towards Kitkatla Creek, then Freeman Pass after a break mid- day. March 19, 2019 (am): Sounding continued this morning in Freeman Pass, up Porcher Peninsula towards Gravel Pit.
