FN0104-COMMERCIAL - Herring: Special Use - Fishery Closure - February 15, 2019

Pursuant to Variation Orders 2018-595 and 2018-596, the 2018/2019 Special Use 
Herring Fishery will close to fishing at 23:59 hours February 15, 2019.  This 
closure is part of the 2018/2019 Pacific Herring Integrated Fisheries 
Management Plan and Special Use Commercial Fishing Plan.
