Opening 00:01 hours February 9, 2019 in the following Quota Areas: SUMMARY: RU26 Larsen Harbour RU32 Calamity Bay RU33 Otter Pass Variation Order Nos. 2019-47 to 49 are in effect. The north coast fishery continues in the following Quota Areas: RU27a Upper Banks Island RU27b Mid Banks Island RU28 Bonilla Island RU29 Kingkown Inlet RU30 Lower Banks Island DETAILS: RU26 Larsen Harbour a) That portion of Subarea 5-11 south of a line running true west from Baird Point on McCauley Island. b) That portion of Subarea 5-20 north of the parallel passing through 53 degrees 35 minutes north latitude. (Refer to Canadian Hydrographic Service Chart #3927) RU32 Calamity Bay That portion of Subarea 6-9 north of the parallel passing through 53 degrees 08.0 minutes north latitude and west of the meridian passing through 129 degrees 49.78 minutes west longitude. (Refer to Canadian Hydrographic Service Chart #3741) RU33 Otter Pass That portion of Subarea 6-9 south of a parallel running through the Sisters Islands from 53 degrees 10.686 minutes north latitude, 129 degrees 46.803 minutes west longitude, and north of a parallel passing through Flynn Point on Trutch Island, excluding the Calamity Bay Quota Area described as: that portion of Subarea 6-9 north of the parallel passing through 53 degrees 08.0 minutes north latitude and west of the meridian passing through 129 degrees 49.78 minutes west longitude. (Refer to Canadian Hydrographic Service Charts #3741 and #3724) Notes: All notification and reporting requirements are outlined in Appendix 1 of the Integrated Fisheries Management Plan (IFMP). The North Coast fishing protocol is available from Pauline Ridings or D&D Pacific Fisheries. D&D Pacific Fisheries will direct the fleet. South Coast areas are identified on a separate notice.
