running from the McCoy Cove light at 53 degrees 02.00 minutes north latitude, 
131 degrees 39.31 minutes west longitude to Girard Point at 52 degrees 59.92 
minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 39.85 minutes west longitude and north of a 
line running from Girard Point due east to the surfline.

GMA QCA03a, Haans Inlet: That portion of Subarea 2-3 north of a line running 
from the McCoy Cove light at 53 degrees 02.00 minutes north latitude, 131 
degrees 39.31 minutes west longitude westerly to 53 degrees 02.20 minutes north 
latitude, 131 degrees 43.14 minutes west longitude and due north to the Moresby 
Island shoreline at 53 degrees 02.67 minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 43.15 
minutes west longitude.

GMA QCA03b, McLellan Island: That portion of Subarea 2-3 west of a line running 
from 53 degrees 02.20 minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 43.14 minutes west 
longitude due north to the Moresby Island shoreline at 53 degrees 02.67 minutes 
north latitude, 131 degrees 43.15 minutes west longitude, and north of a line 
running from 53 degrees 02.20 minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 43.14 minutes 
west longitude, then to 53 degrees 02.37 minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 
46.05 minutes west longitude, then to 53 degrees 02.59 minutes north latitude,

GMA QCA05, Cumshewa Inlet West - Davis Shoal: That portion of Subarea 2-3 west 
of a line running from the McCoy Cove light at 53 degrees 02.00 minutes north 
latitude, 131 degrees 39.31 minutes west longitude to Girard Point at 52 
degrees 59.92 minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 39.85 minutes west longitude, 
and inside a line running from the McCoy Cove light to 53 degrees 02.37 minutes 
north latitude, 131 degrees 46.05 minutes west longitude, then southeast to 
Girard Point.

GMA QCA06, Skedans: That portion of Subarea 2-3 south of a line running from 
Girard Point at 52 degrees 59.92 minutes north latitude, 131 degrees 39.85 
minutes west longitude true east to the surfline at 52 degrees 59.92 minutes 
north latitude, 131 degrees 34.32 minutes west longitude. That portion of 
Subarea 2-7 north of a line running from a point at 52 degrees 55.40 minutes

The On-Grounds Monitor and/or Archipelago Marine Research will direct the fleet 
through geoduck beds and GMAs.

Horse clams are permitted as an incidental catch only except where a quota has 
been established.
