The following timelines will apply: a) On March 11, 2019 at 12:00 hours, retention of Pacific Halibut will be permitted coast-wide. Please refer to the Integrated Fisheries Management Plan (IFMP) for additional details regarding Halibut retention in groundfish management area 4B. No Halibut shall be retained after 12:00 hours, local time, November 7, 2019. b) On April 1, 2019, retention of Lingcod will be permitted in groundfish management areas 3C, 3D, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D and 5E. Please Note: Lingcod and Dogfish harvesters are reminded to acquire revised conditions of licence and initial quota allocation sheets prior to fishing; even if their primary licence eligibility has not yet expired (e.g. category A salmon licence eligibilities). These documents will be available when issuance of 2019/2020 groundfish licenses begins. d) Reallocations for the 2019/2020 season will not be processed until carryover calculations have been completed in March 2019. Please do not submit any reallocations for the 2019/2020 season until further notice. For further information, please refer to the groundfish Integrated Fisheries Management Plan (IFMP).
