Fishery Notice

2018 Transporting (D) Licence issuance is available via the National Online 
Licensing System (NOLS) at https://fishing-peche.dfo-mpo.gc.ca.

Vessel owner will use the National Online Licensing System (NOLS) to go online 
to submit application form.
Upon the Department receiving the required application form, and supporting 
document notification will be sent via email to advise vessel owners that a 
change has been made to the licence holder's online account. The fee for 2018 
Transporting licence issuance will be available to pay at that time.  

All vessel owners are required to pay their 2018 Transporting Licence fees 
through the NOLS.

Once the payment has been made in NOLS, your transaction request will be 
processed. You will then be notified that a NOLS transaction has been completed 
and the licence documents, conditions of licence and receipt will be available 
to be printed at that time.  

NOTE: If you have held a Transporting (D) Licence for the last three (3) years 
and have not submitted packing slips to validate that the Transport Licence was 
worked for one or more of those three years your 2018 Transport (D) Licence 
application will not be approved.
