4.	BODY OF NOTICE TEXT: 

The commercial groundfish fishery is hereby notified of the following changes 
to the 2017/2018 Integrated Fisheries Management Plan for Groundfish. These 
changes take effect immediately:

Section 9.1.5.7 - Incoming Sector Caps:

The Sablefish incoming sector cap for the following species has been increased 
by the following amount:

Yelloweye rockfish---------------5E------------14,606 pounds
Sablefish ---------------------coastwide------415,000 pounds


Appendix 4: Rockfish Hook and Line (Inside ZN)
Section 8.1.2 - Licence Species Temporary and Permanent Quota Caps (Directed 
Species):

The Licence Species Caps for the following species have been increased to the 
following amounts:

Quillback rockfish-----------------4B------------20,000 pounds
Copper, China and Tiger rockfish----4B-------------5,000 pounds
Yelloweye rockfish------------------4B-------------7,500 pounds



Appendix 5: Rockfish Hook and Line (Outside ZN)
Section 9.1.2 - Licence Species Temporary and Permanent Quota Caps (Directed 
Species):

The Licence Species Cap for the following species has been increased to the 
following amounts:

Quillback-------------------coastwide-------------35,000 pounds


Appendix 6: Halibut Hook and Line
Section 6.3.1 - Licence Species Caps for the following species have been added 
in the following amounts:

Shortraker rockfish-------------coastwide---------------20,000 pounds

Section 6.3.3 - Quota Landing Temporary Quota Caps for the following species 
(coastwide) will be removed: 

Redbanded rockfish
Rougheye rockfish
Shortraker rockfish
Shortspine rockfish
Lingcod

Refer to Section 6.3.1 for Licence Species Caps for these species. 

Quota Landing Temporary Quota Caps, based on Yelloweye landings, have been set 
at: 

Yelloweye rockfish--------------coastwide----------------6,600 pounds

Refer to Section 6.3.3 for Licence Species Caps for these species.
