FN0818-SANITARY - Area 13 - Emergency Closure for Bivalve Shellfish West of Read Island, Hoskyn Channel, Subarea 13-13 which includes BC Land Registry Shellfish Aquaculture Tenure #354967, is now revoked

Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency 
have advised that the emergency closure in Area 13 which included BC 
Aquaculture Tenure Land File # 354967, enacted on February 17, 2017 is no 
longer necessary.  Therefore, emergency closure 13.nn for bivalve shellfish, as 
described below, is now revoked.

Emergency Closure Area 13.nn - Aquaculture Lease Land File # 354967

The waters and intertidal foreshore of BC Land Registry aquaculture tenure # 
354967, Subarea 13-13, West of Read Island, Hoskyn Channel, inside a line drawn 
from a point in water at 50°08.86' north latitude and 125°08.99' west 
longitude, thence southwesterly to a point in water at 50°08.84' north latitude 
and 125°09.01'west longitude, thence southeasterly to 50°08.79 north latitude 
and 125°08.86' west longitude, thence following the shoreline back to the point 
of commencement. [NAD83]
