Fishery Notice

Effective 23:59 hours August 8, 2017 the Area G Troll fishery will close in all 
Areas and Subareas on the west coast of Vancouver Island.

Variation Order No. 2017-G-TR-WCVI-007 is revoked.   

The July/August catch target for the Area G plug fishery has been attained.  
The next possible fishing opportunity for Area G will be September following 
accounting of total AABM catch.
