FN0714-Yukon/TBR - Recreational Salmon - Alsek River (Yukon portions) - Chinook Salmon Daily Quota Reduction July 28, 2017

For the Yukon portions of the Alsek River and its tributaries, the daily 
recreational quota for Chinook salmon will be reduced to 0 (zero) Chinook 
salmon per day. The daily quota change is effective 00:01 hrs on July 28, 2017 
and remains in force until 24:00 hrs October 31, 2017.

The daily quota reductions are necessary to ensure that the escapement 
objectives for Chinook salmon in the Alsek River are achieved. Notice of this 
closure is subject to change, should additional protection be necessary.
