FN0512-SANITARY - Area 13 - Emergency Closure for oysters in Cresent Channel, Bold Island Subarea 13-12 which includes BC Land Registry Shellfish Aquaculture Tenure #1402975, is now revoked.


Environment and Climate Change Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency 
have advised that the emergency closure for oysters in Area 13 which included 
BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File # 1402975, enacted on April 18, 2017 is no 
longer necessary.  Therefore, emergency closure 13.oo for oysters, as described 
below, is now revoked.

The waters and intertidal foreshore of BC Land Registry aquaculture tenure # 
1402975, Subarea 13-12 , Cresent Channel, Bold Island inside a line drawn from 
point on land at 50°10.12' north latitude and 125°09.91' west longitude, thence 
northwesterly to a point in water at 50°10.22'north latitude and 125°10.06'west 
longitude, thence northeasterly to a point in water at 50°10.23' north latitude 
and 125°10.02' west longitude, thence southeasterly to a point in water at 50°
10.13' north latitude and 125°09.87' west longitude, thence southwesterly back 
to the point of commencement. [NAD83].
