FN0430-SANITARY - Area 14 - Emergency Closure for Bivalve Shellfish off the West coast of Denman Island, Baynes Sound, Subarea 14-8 which includes BC Land Registry Shellfish Aquaculture Tenure #1402060, is now revoked.


Environment Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency have advised that 
the emergency closure in Area 14 which included BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File 
# 1402060, enacted on February 16, 2017 is no longer necessary.  Therefore, 
emergency closure 14.tt for bivalve shellfish, as described below, is now 
revoked.

The waters and intertidal foreshore of BC Land Registry aquaculture tenure # 
1402060, Subarea 14-8, off the West coast of Denman Island in Baynes Sound, 
inside a line drawn from a point in water at 49°33.06' north latitude and 124°
50.73' west longitude, thence northeasterly to a point in water at 49°33.09' 
north latitude and 124°50.63'west longitude, thence southeasterly to 49°32.98 
north latitude and 124°50.55' west longitude, thence northwesterly to 49°32.95' 
north latitude and 124°50.64' west longitude, thence back to the point of 
commencement.
