FN0421-SANITARY - Area 14 - Emergency Closure for Bivalve Shellfish in a portion of Deep Bay, Baynes Sound Subarea 14-8 which includes BC Land Registry Shellfish Aquaculture Tenure # 1407063 is now revoked.


Environment Canada and Canadian Food Inspection Agency have advised that the 
emergency closure in Area 14 which included BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File # 
1407063, enacted on February 8, 2017 is no longer necessary.  Therefore, 
emergency closure 14.ss for bivalve shellfish, as described below, is now 
revoked.

The waters and intertidal foreshore of BC Land Registry aquaculture tenure # 
1407063, Subarea 14-8, Deep Bay, Baynes Sound, inside a line drawn from a point 
in water at 49°27.75' north latitude and 124°44.77' west longitude, thence 
southeasterly to a point in water at 49°27.59' north latitude and 124°
44.44'west longitude, thence southwesterly 49°27.50 north latitude and 124°
44.53' west longitude, thence northwesterly back to the point of commencement.
