Haida Gwaii Herring Update #12 - Final Update

HERRING SPAWN SURVEY
Spawning was observed in Selwyn Inlet on April 18 at Kilmington and Dass 
Points.  The Haida Spirit is currently in Picofi Bay and the dive team will 
survey Kilmington Point today and Dass Point over the next couple days.  The 
dive team is expected to move south to Section Cove over the weekend and 
continue surveys around Scudder Point, weather permitting.  The Dive Charter 
ends on Tuesday April 25.

The Recon Charter vessel Haida Guardian has ended its charter and has left the 
area.
