March 29, 2017: 

The Proud Canadian worked through the Spiller Channel area yesterday, before 
moving into the Raymond Passage and Stryker Bay area.  They will be working 
into the Thompson Bay area before moving south towards Cultus Sound.  The 
Franciscan No.1 worked the Lower Mathieson Channel area yesterday, and then 
back through the Reid Passage area into outer Seaforth Channel.  They conducted 
two test sets, one in Lower Mathieson and one in Outer Seaforth, near Harmston 
Island.  The test in Lower Mathieson was not representative, and will not be 
included in the notice.

The gill net charter Three Girls 2 continued their sounding program in upper 
Spiller Channel and Spiller Inlet yesterday.  They will be working in Spiller 
Channel today.  The gill net charter Star King continued their sounding program 
in the Powell Anchorage and Lower Mathieson area, and will be heading into the 
Thompson Bay and Stryker Island area today.

The next spawn flight is scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, weather dependant.

A spawn has been reported in Kitasu Bay.
