Central Coast Bulletin #16
March 21, 2017: 

The Proud Canadian moved from the East Higgins area yesterday, through Moss 
Passage and the Powell Anchorage area, before moving into Spiller Channel.  
They attempted a test set but were unsuccessful.  They will remain in the 
Spiller Channel area today.

The gill net charter Three Girls 2 continued their sounding program yesterday 
working through the Spiller Channel and Spiller Inlet area.  They will be 
heading south into the Troup Passage and Gunboat Pass area before returning to 
the Bella Bella area tomorrow.  

The CCGS Vector was in the Kildidt Sound area yesterday, before moving south 
into the Kwakshua Channel area, and then to the Illahie Inlet area. They will 
be working northwards in the Nalau Passage and Namu area today. 

The first spawn flight for the Central Coast has been delayed, as weather 
conditions have not been suitable.  It will be attempted tomorrow morning. No 
spawn has been reported.

Miles - Means nautical miles for this bulletin
