Fishery Notice

Opening 00:01 hours March 8 to 23:59 hours March 16 2017:

Subarea 1-5 North Beach

Variation order no. 2017-160 is in effect.


This opening marks the start of the 2017 Commercial Razor Clam season.  All 
harvesters must be in possession of an Area A Z2 Clam  Licence or a Designation 
Card issued by the Council of the Haida Nation.  This year, openings will take 
place when tide levels are 5.0 foot or less and all openings will be announced 
through fishery notices.
