FN0161-SANITARY - Area 24 - Emergency Closure for Bivalve Shellfish in a portion of Lemmens Inlet, Subarea 24-9 which included BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File #1405436, is now revoked.
Environment Canada and Canadian Food Inspection Agency have advised that the emergency closure in Area 24 which included BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File # 1405436, enacted on December 15, 2016 is no longer necessary. Therefore, emergency closure 24.cc for bivalve shellfish, as described below, is now revoked. Emergency Closure Area 24.cc - Aquaculture Lease Land File # 1405436 The waters and intertidal foreshore of BC Aquaculture Tenure Land File #1405436, in Subarea 24-9 with legal description "Unsurveyed Crown Foreshore or land covered by water being part of the bed of Lemmens Inlet, Clayoquot District.
