FN0098-COMMERCIAL - Herring Special Use - Special Use Herring Fishery Closure February 15, 2017.

Pursuant to Variation Orders 2016-492 and 2016-493, the 2016/2017 Special Use 
Herring Fishery will close to fishing at 23:59 hours February 15, 2017. This 
closure is part of the 2016/2017 Pacific Herring Integrated Fisheries 
Management Plan.
