2015 SALMON LICENSING FOR SCHEDULE II AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS:
---------------------------------------------------------------

OBTAINING YOUR 2015 SALMON LICENCE:

2015 salmon licence conditions are now available for Schedule II species, quota
allocations for dogfish and lingcod, and Transporting activities only; these
conditions do not authorize harvesting for salmon. Please only pay the 2015
licence fee at this time if you require access to the Schedule II fishery prior
to the availability of full salmon conditions of licence.

All fish harvesters are now required to pay their 2015 salmon licence fees
through the National Online Licence System (NOLS). Note that paper licence
renewal applications are not being mailed; instead please check your e-mail for
information regarding the 2015 salmon fishery and NOLS information. If you
require assistance with registration or logon to NOLS (e.g. if you have
forgotten your user name and/or password), please contact us at the coordinates
shown at the end of this fishery notice.

We request all salmon licence eligibility holders to log-into their NOLS
account at this time:

a) to confirm their ability to access their account to help preclude any login
problems shortly before a fishery opening; and
b) to verify that their licence fee is visible in the 'Pay Fees' section; and/or
c) to pay the licence fee if they want to receive Schedule II and Transport
conditions as described below. If you do not require these conditions, please
wait to pay your licence fee when the full salmon conditions are available for
your area.

Full conditions of licence for salmon are not yet available; a separate fishery
notice will be posted to announce the availability of salmon conditions for
each area and gear-type. These will be automatically loaded to your NOLS
account if you have previously paid your salmon licence fee for 2015; an e-mail
will then be sent to advise you that your NOLS account has been updated with
these conditions.

SCHEDULE II AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS:

1) Prior to the availability of full conditions of licence for salmon, salmon
vessel owners/licence eligibility holders who wish to harvest Schedule II
species, and/or reallocate quota for dogfish and lingcod, and/or transport
catch from other vessels, may now apply for their 2015 salmon licence. In
these situations, salmon licences will be issued with conditions that allow for
the harvest of Schedule II species, reallocation of dogfish and lingcod quota,
and transporting operations only.

2) Applicants for these licences must:

A) logon to NOLS using their previously created User ID and Password
B) pay the salmon licence fee (see 'Pay Fees' section in your NOLS account)

Once the fee has been processed, a notification will be sent to you by e-mail
when the licence and conditions of licence are available to be printed in your
NOLS account (see 'Print Documents' section in your NOLS account).

Later in the season, when full salmon conditions of licence are available, a
notification will be sent to you by e-mail to advise you to print from your
NOLS account the conditions for salmon harvesting; a fishery notice will also
be posted.
